The Situation

An ecommerce-built beverage brand wanted to grow on Vendor and Seller Central, having seen previous success only on Seller Central for a short time.

When we came on, their Vendor Central account had 0 Purchase Orders, the Seller Central account was suspended, their full catalog wasn’t listed online, and there was outdated product/pricing information. We definitely saw a path to success here.

 
 

What We Did

 
  • Added new items to the catalog on Vendor Central, adjusted pricing and product coding in order to initiate POs.

  • Optimized content across Vendor and Seller Central.

  • Created a plan of action to open up Seller Central account and implement a dual Amazon account selling strategy.

 
 
 

OUR RESULTS

  • After catalog updates, Purchase Order volume in Vendor Central went from a dormant $0 to $21k.

  • Seller Central account suspension lifted after we submitted a comprehensive Action Plan.

  • After the first month post-suspension, sales increased 749% in Seller Central within 2 months, with a 137.93% average month over month sales rate growth over the course of 6 months.
